Join the psf-members mailing list: http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/psf-members
Gain access to the PSF private wiki. Do so by creating an account:
http://wiki.python.org/psf/FrontPage?action=newaccount
and then ask a wiki admin to add your account to the MembersGroup page.
