Packaging Py 2 Porting

Legacy Wiki Page

This page was migrated from the old MoinMoin-based wiki. Information may be outdated or no longer applicable. For current documentation, see python.org.

The goal of this project is to provide a strategy and tools to release a standalone backport of “packaging” (in the 3.3 standard library) for 2.4-3.2.
