I used to use python/zope/plone for my phd (+/- construction industry plus semantic web), used to make plone websites for http://zestsoftware.nl and I'm now happily coding grok for http://www.thehealthagency.com
I've attended 75% or so of all Europythons and I'm a regular at the Dutch python usergroup meetings.
