I am a physicist using Python for simulations of biomolecules. I am the author of [[http://dirac.cnrs-orleans.fr/ScientificPython/|ScientificPython]], a collection of general-purpose scientific modules in Python, and of [[http://dirac.cnrs-orleans.fr/MMTK/|MMTK]], a Python library for molecular simulation. I am also interested in ParallelProcessing in Python.
