- Resolved that the MOA be amended to include the following: "Preamble: The python programming language is free, open source software and it's development is volunteer driven. The Python Software Foundation (PSF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that holds the intellectual property rights behind the Python programming language. They manage the open source licensing for Python version 2.1 and later and own and protect the trademarks associated with Python. This is free software that can not be bought, sold or traded."
Resolved that Messrs J Mathew & Co. be appointed as the auditors for the society for the year 2010-2011
